Our Process
INTRODUCTION
It's easy, just tell us a few details on our Contact Us page and we will personally give you a call to learn about you and your project. We will discuss your goals, your timeline, and your budget. Next we will schedule a personal meeting to learn more about you and your family, and your vision for your new dream home.
PLANNING
With your vision established, we'll bring together the right people to make it happen. If you have an architect or designer, we'd love to work with them. Once your plans are finalized, Santa Barbara Homes will coordinate permitting with the municipality. This is also when you'll select your finishes, fixtures, materials, etc.
CONSTRUCTION
Once we've broken ground, our team works daily with the highest quality subcontractors to get every detail right. You will receive weekly updates, progress pictures and videos. Whether you're in town or out of state, you'll be in the know!
MOVE IN
After our team has put the finishing touches on your new home, we'll invite you to your Orientation, and prepare you for life in your Santa Barbara Home. We want to be your homebuilder for life, and will deliver long-lasting quality that shows it.
